Fund Accounting Manager (m/f)

The Fund Accounting Manager performs a wide range of duties, all of which are designed to ensure that the team provides accurate and timely financial data to the clients

Your responsabilities

·         Be responsible for the leadership, direction and oversight of the fund accounting department ;

·         Enhance productivity and efficiency in the department ;

·         Promote a cohesive team along with Team Leaders ;

·         Review and manage team workload, allocation, resources ;

·         Be responsible for all operational aspects of the accounts production ;

·         Ensure that client requirements are met consistently and profitably ;

·         Develop client relationships ;

·         Organize and attend periodic service review meetings with clients.

Your profile

·         University degree in accounting, finance or economics ;

·         Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar position ;

·         Strong experience of working at a management level in a fund administration environment ;

·        Strong knowledge of accounting practices, financial markets, and investment management industry standards ;

·         Fluency in French and English ;

·         Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills;

·         Ability to take initiatives and make decisions ;

·         Ability to keep both staff and management informed on all developments ;

·         High degree of analytical ability ;

·         Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure ;

·         Excellent communication skills ;

·         Good problem-solving skills ;

·         Excellent professional and client service attitude.
